1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pk2wln ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers, or uses any service offered through the pk2wln website and its associated mobile interfaces, located at pk2wln.app.

By accessing the pk2wln platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the pk2wln platform.

pk2wln reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on pk2wln at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraudulent conduct.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a preferred payment method. All information submitted must be accurate and kept current. You may update your contact details at any time through your account settings or by contacting pk2wln support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk2wln will never contact you to ask for your password through any channel — email, live chat, or telephone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk2wln support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Until such notice is received and actioned, pk2wln cannot accept liability for any unauthorised transactions conducted through your account.

• Account registration is free of charge. pk2wln does not charge any signup or membership fee.
• A minimum first deposit is required to activate real-money gaming. The current minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity review and, where applicable, an administrative fee as detailed in the cashier terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

6 Game Rules & Fairness

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating or using duplicate accounts or assisting another person in circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players during live games, poker, or any multi-player betting format available on pk2wln.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the pk2wln platform without prior written authorisation from pk2wln. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content from pk2wln for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

pk2wln's total liability to you in connection with any single claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk2wln account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

pk2wln reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the pk2wln platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for security, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the pk2wln platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using pk2wln and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk2wln holds its international gaming license.
